Mark your calendars for the Venice City Council meeting on Tuesday, 3/10/26! It is likely that the Vistera development in North Venice will be on the agenda… again. Developer Pat Neal has proposed a height and density increase for Vistera two times, been denied two times, and may be giving it another try.
The last time it was before the City Council, they voted 4-3 against it because they deemed it incompatible with the height and density of the adjacent neighborhoods.
We need to let the City Council know that they made the right choice TWICE before and they should not give in to developments that are incompatible with our community and not in the best interest of the residents.
If Vistera is put on the agenda (which will be published on 3/4/26), we would encourage you to email the City Council, attend the meeting on 3/10/26, and most importantly, voice your concerns at the meeting.
Stay tuned!
